Project Summary: Grading rubric for essays (25 points possible): Student demonstrates understanding of course material: 0-10 points Student properly applies the course material to essay question: 0-10 points Essay structure, including grammar/sentence structure/spelling/essay coherence: 0-5 points (Note: If any portion of the essay is shorter than the required minimum length, this “essay structure” score will be 0 points) it's short scenario with 3 questions . the assignment is 30 min only since it is timed writing assignment .the main topic are tort , liability and contract formation . we cant see the scenario until we open the assignment
