Project Summary: This is a reflection assignment. 1. Choose two indoor learning areas to observe and reflect on. Write up observations and reflections 2. Each day reflect on how the space and materials are being used in these areas. 3. Discuss additions, deletions, etc. that could be made for the next day to help support the children’s inquiries, learning. Document discussions. 4. Write up your curriculum changes using either Part A or Part B of the planning sheet. 5. Implement the changes you and your mentor agreed upon or explain why there was no need to make any changes in order support the learning. 6. After implementing changes observe the children as they engage in play at the area. Reflect on what happened. Were the outcomes what you thought? Why or why not? What will you do next, based on what you saw; what children said, etc.? 7. Repeat 3-6 each day. 8. At the end of the week reflect on the following: What have you learned about materials, and when to change materials
