Project Summary: Assignment: The Lifecycle of Conflict and HR Professionals A lifecycle describes a series of changes or developmental stages that occur for a given situation over time. To best manage conflict in the workplace as an HR professional, it helps to understand the lifecycle of conflict. This lifecycle of conflict might also be referred to as the conflict phases or the conflict cycle. Note that a “conflict is a dynamic situation and the intensity of conflict changes over time. Arguably, the concept of the conflict cycle helps to understand this dynamic” (Wohlfeld, 2010, p. 14). Keep this in mind as you address each of the required sections of your paper.
