Project Summary: For Part 1, you will conduct an observation of people interacting in a public workplace to collect data on how gender influences interactions. Part 2 is an essay in which you will analyze the data you gathered to describe the influence of gender on workplace interactions and to identify the benefits and challenges to relationships in the global workplace. You will conclude the essay by offering a solution to the challenges to workplace relationships in a global context and recommend solutions.
