Project Summary: Short Essay - Trompenaars established a method to analyze and evaluate dimensional values of various cultures. Use this file to evaluate your own cultural values by using the dimensions established by Trompenaars. Then, compare your values to other cultures (or countries). List the culture(s) (or country) that appears to be least compatible with your cultural values. As an international manager, briefly describe how you can use this information to facilitate communication and decisions. Your response should include a completed evaluation of your cultural values, a culture or cultures that least resembles your values, and a brief description about how you can use the contrast in values to your advantage as an international manager. The brief description should be at least 150 words in length. Include your brief description at the end of the Trompenaars Cultural Values worksheet. All sources used must be referenced; paraphrased and quoted material must have accompanying citations.
