Project Summary: Change Model Paper In an essay (1,250-1,500 words), explore various models of organizational change. There are many valid organizational change models. Most change models include discussions on strategic vision, the role of the leader, resistance to change, and the communication process. The purpose of this assignment is to introduce the student to principles common to most change models. To successfully complete this assignment, research organizational change models, use professional articles.
