Project Summary: Exemplary Leader Paper: Students will read a biographical or autobiographical text that summarizes the organization and leadership philosophy of an exemplary leader. The assignment includes writing an in-depth analysis of the leader and his/her approach to organizing and leading that: 1-sets forth the system of this leader, including philosophy, specific methods for organization design and describing people, and the results of this system. 2- teaches the class what we can learn from this person approach. 3- how thoroughly and thoughtful you critique the leaders philosophy and system while integrating your analysis with the knowledge gained in the course. The product of the analysis is 8 pages double-spaced paper.
