the analysis report is focused on analyzing either plant or small mammal data from the San Joaquin Experimental Range NEON site, located in the Sierra Foothills. two datasets you can use for this report. One is focused on the dry mass amounts of different types of vegetation collected over time, and the second is on small mammal tracking data. Both were downloaded from the NEON data repository and are included in the data folder in the template directory linked below. You should download the zip file and then upload it as a zip file to the RStudio Server you have been using.
