Your grade will be determined on how well you describe the issue and how well you construct your argument as to why this area is most important. - Focus on how COVID-19 has impacted HR departments, from mass layoffs, restructuring, hiring freezes and allocation of resources to an in-person and remote workforce. 1. Conclusions are logical and reflect informed evaluation and ability to place evidence and perspectives discussed in priority order. 6. Excellent mechanics, grammar, word usage.
