Medical Benefits Any full-time staff (Either .9 or that you have will have medical benefits. The premium for the Medical Benefits is $625.00 per month. The split is 75% Employer Funded, and 25% Employee funded. Taxes: As the employer, you must pay taxes on the employee income. The taxes that you will need to calculate will be salary cost plus the employer cost of benefits. Your Finance manager has determined that all of your taxes equal 8% percent.
