By hand on a sheet of paper, outline the complete mechanism of a general reaction between a ketone and an amine to form an imine. Show all steps individually including proper arrows demonstrating electron movement during reactions and/or resonance, showing formal charges if and where appropriate, and showing all unshared pairs of electrons.
