I need help to design a building based on occupant and fire safety. The building can be no less than 10,000 square feet. The building is to be a mixed occupancy residential and retail (retail on the bottom floor) and have a minimum of 3 floors. your main focus is occupancy safely (this includes suppression systems, egress locations and types, etc.) and firefighter safety and accessibility. The general fire and building codes are to be followes for Washoe County. Codes are available on line. Describe the building and it components, reason why you chose them.
