Hey! I can help you write this consulting report. I have written case analysis reports for my MBA courses that have covered companies such as Apple, Cisco, FedEx, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, eBay, and more. Lemme know if you still need help!

  • Hey do you still need help with this?
    User_4079 | Apr 17, 2014, 09:59 AM
  • Hello, Yes I still need help with this. Would you first be able to email me one if your previous consulting reports tho, so I can make sure that your previous work is similar to what I need you to do ?
    User_3049 | Apr 17, 2014, 10:37 AM
  • Sure thing. What is your email?
    User_4079 | Apr 17, 2014, 10:39 AM
  • Apparently, we cannot disclose personal information such as email addresses =__= instead, I'll trust that you will be able to complete the consulting report. The basics for the report is, I will need you to write about the company darden restaurants and their decision to spin off red lobster. As a consultant, you would have to recommend an alternative action, one of them being , to keep red lobster instead and explain why it would benefit them to do that. Do you think you will be able to do this? I will provide more information on this topic and structure if you believe you can complete this :)
    User_3049 | Apr 17, 2014, 16:42 PM
  • Yes, I can complete this. I have to provide strategy recommendations in my past case analysis reports for my strategic management and marketing classes.
    User_4079 | Apr 17, 2014, 16:49 PM
  • Great! So the way the consulting report has to be structured is in the comment below. Right now I just need you to complete part 1 and 2, writing only 3 pages double spaced max. However, if I like what you wrote, and you are willing, I would like to pay you to complete the rest of the parts. The consulting report should provide an in-depth examination of the company and the industry, and it should provide a thoughtful and thorough examination of the issues and analyses, and provide a feasible strategic recommendation.
    User_3049 | Apr 17, 2014, 17:27 PM
  • Could you tell me what part 1 and 2 consist of?
    User_4079 | Apr 17, 2014, 17:30 PM
  • Sorry! for some reason Im having trouble posting my comment. I posted an outline of part 1 and 2 instead
    User_3049 | Apr 17, 2014, 17:34 PM
  • If your okay with everything, Ill assign this to you now.
    User_3049 | Apr 17, 2014, 17:34 PM
  • Ok, just finished reading your outline. I understand now what you want in the 3 pgs. Is there case by chance that this is based off? If not I'll just research Darden and Red Lobster.
    User_4079 | Apr 17, 2014, 17:43 PM
  • No this is not based on a case. This is something Darden and Red Lobster is going through right now.
    User_3049 | Apr 17, 2014, 17:52 PM
  • Ok, got it! I'll do some more research before I start in order to understand the context.
    User_4079 | Apr 17, 2014, 17:58 PM
  • If it might help, I did an industry analysis for Darden, and there's information that might help to explain why Dardens sales are going down.
    User_3049 | Apr 18, 2014, 00:31 AM
  • Yes, please upload this analysis. It would be helpful!
    User_4079 | Apr 18, 2014, 00:39 AM
  • Ok. I uploaded it!
    User_3049 | Apr 18, 2014, 01:53 AM
  • Thank you!
    User_4079 | Apr 18, 2014, 01:56 AM
  • Hi, how is the work coming along? I know the deadline is in 3 days, but do you think it would be possible for me to receive it a day early, on Tuesday? That way I would have time if I need to edit it. I'll understand if you can't tho!
    User_3049 | Apr 20, 2014, 22:53 PM
  • No that's not a problem! I'll have it done by Tuesday then!
    User_4079 | Apr 20, 2014, 23:10 PM
  • Thank you! :)
