  • The paper needs to be based on patient number three provided in attachment 2. The fourth attachment is a sample paper provided by the school which I do not really encourage you to base the paper off of since its so extensive. In file 3, the instructions are quite simple and those instructions are mainly the ones that I would encourage you to follow. In attachment 1, use those instructions only if you need an idea of what content to include in the paper. In the 3rd section of the paper, you need to create SMART goals. Those goals also project on a plan of care for the patient so when writing these goals, make sure they correlate with a plan of care that will resolve the patients issue.

  • You had an entire week to work on the assignment. If I didn't have a job and family responsibilities I would have done the paper myself but yea, it wasn't up to the standards I hoped it was. You can't tell me last second the paper needs time and expect me to work a miracle. My school is extremely unforgiving when it comes to things like this and my professor is not the most understanding woman.
