You have to fill out the Medication Teaching Plan Template according to the case study: Mrs. G is 71 years old and has mild cognitive impairment. She is forgetful at times but able to understand instructions most times. She is a retired nurse and lives with her two adult daughters and three grandchildren. She especially likes to take her grandkids to the park. As a nurse, I have to teach the patient about her medication (Amoxicillin 500 mg PO, Q8H). Please, follow the RUBRIC in detail.
