Read the "ResNet Case Study" which is available from the companion website for this text under Chapter 3 of your textbook. This real case study about Northwest Airlines' reservation system illustrates another application of the project management process groups.
Your tasks:
Write a paper summarizing the main outputs produced during each project process group in this case. (You might want to read again ‘outputs’ in project process group)
You must identify and explain each input as related to the company.
Express your opinion with explanations on whether Peeter Kivestu was an effective project manager. Why and why not?
Submit as word attachment - 12-point font size, Arial and in double line spacing. Ensure you have a title page showing your name, instructor’s name, course name, assignment name and date, week of assignment
Your paper will be graded using the following rubric's criteria
1. An effective executive summary of the ResNet structure - what is ResNet? How does it operate and what is its importance to the organizations project management groups? (30 points)
2. An effective summary of each main inputs produced during each project process group (proper itemization) (60 points)
3. Detailed explanations on the quality of Peeter Kivestu and how effective he was. Another detailed explanation of his mistakes and failure in the project and also his inefficiencies as outlined in the case
4. Proper organizations, layout and effective writings, citations and references
