1. Think about a time when you were part of a high functioning team. How creative was this team? How much trust was there between the team leader and the team members? If you do not have experience on a high functioning team, think about any team with which you have experience. Why was it not high functioning? Did the leader demonstrate unethical behaviors? Do you believe a team is more or less likely to make an immoral decision? Why, or why not? 2. The ecological services provided by conservation areas are diverse and sometimes not easily understood or appreciated by the general public who may desire quantifiable, economic measures of their value. How would you persuade someone who believes that ecological services are unmeasurable and provide no value to human society that they are in fact valuable?
