1,Select an assigned article (or locate an article of interest to you relating to social movements and corporate responsibility). In your own words, summarize the main points and arguments of the article. Then, express your opinions about whether the article was a clear, thorough and useful explanation of the subject and give your reasons for your opinions. What questions do you have?
2. How will you evaluate if your social movement is effective? What will be your strategy for ensuring the quality of activities; safety of participants and meeting the needs of the identified population? Describe your quality improvement plan which would include a strategy for any adverse events. (Black Lives Matter) This should not exceed 2 pages in length.
3. Conduct research using scholarly resources from the Springfield College Library Database and/or other outside relating to sustaining a social movement. Provide a one page sustainability statement that will help to ensure that the movement will continue after the leadership changes, funding is discontinued, or volunteer efforts have decreased. This should include at least 2 resources. (Black Lives Matter) This should not exceed 2 pages in length.
4. Create a PowerPoint that summarizes and explains your guided project. (Black Lives Matter) Include at least 1 slide for each of the parts of this guided project. For any sections that included infographics, make sure to add those into your PowerPoint. This PowerPoint should be 15 slides in length including the cover slide and reference slide.
