In your answer, you must complete the following for full credit: Use Figure 1.1 in Waldron’s chapter (link), to analyze Ehrenreich’s and her her co-worker’s experiences working at The Maids. In your answer, cite specific quotations or examples from Nickle and Dimed for each of the five phases. How does burnout contribute to the situation you analyzed using Waldron’s model? In other words, how does the model change/how is the model effected by burnout? What specific stressors and communication (Miller pages 206-210) caused burnout in the situation you analyzed using Waldron’s model? Name at least one stressor and at least one way communication led to burnout. Provide at least 2 specific examples for each to show the reader that these are legitimate choices to claim.
