The website is the Gene Model checker. "Orientation of Gene Relative to Query Sequence:" is a minus (negative direction) Species name; D. ananassae Muller F (Sep. 2019) And for transcript, it's based on Slip1-PB.   • It's really good, thank you for your hard work however I wrote you the Ortholog name yesterday, and it's D. ananassae Muller F (Sep. 2019). And for the very first screenshot; "Orientation of Gene Relative to Query Sequence:" should be a Minus. For "Contig Sequence File", it's Contig 6 Fasta file. I also uploaded the contig 6 file. But the explanation are GREAT, thank you, its just have to be based on the above corrections.
