hello I have a report in engineering management class and our report is about " differences between large (big) classes and small classes" in managerial issues from both sides the instructors and the students. I can send an example of older semester report as a guid line I want it to be the same format but with our topic and to be considered plagiarism will be noticed because we will upload it in turn it in system so we don't want any problems with that if you can do it? pages required 20-25

Page limit: 20-25 pages double space excluding the cover page or reference and appendixes.
General Guidelines: Try to get to the point and avoid having many obvious definition in body of your report. Also try to use key point system and clear graphs, tablesand figures to convey your message in an effective and efficient way. Someone should be able to read and understand the overall message of your report in less than 10 minutes.
Cover page: Should include the title of project, all members names, date and course title and instructor name.
Table of Contents
Introduction: About page limit. In introduction you should briefly set the stage for about what you are going to do in this two phase project in a logical order as outlined below.
PAHSE I
Team selection: In one or two paragraphs, you should explain how your team was formed and name of each member. You should be very brief and to the point.
Team SWOT analysis: About page to 1 page. In this section you should summarize individual members self management and best/worst case exercises into one graph or table showing overall team SWOT analysis.
Team brainstorming and project selection: About page. In this section briefly explain your brain storming sessions to come up with several projects and explain clearly how and why you choose your final project. You should show that based on your team SWOT analysis you are qualified to work on this project.
Gantt chart: You should create a nice custom made Gantt chart highlighting key activities vs. time and clearly showing major milestones. Your detail MS project Gantt chart can be shown in appendix.
PHASE II
Problem statement: Very briefly and clearly in one or two short paragraph explain the problem you are trying to solve in this project.
Project overall goal: A short overall statement of goal of your project.
Project objectives: This is VERY important. You need minimum of three (3) and maximum of six (6) based on number of people on your team. Your objectives must be listed in logical order (normally the first objective should help you clarify the problem you are trying to solve (see the example below). They should be very clear and one liners.
Example of an objective: Objective 1. To study and identify key issues/problems of working in a team.
Strategies to meet objectives: Again like objectives they should have one line and be very clear in explaining the action plan to meet each objective.
Example of a strategy: To conduct written survey and personal interview of individuals who have worked in a team to meet objective 1 (see example of objective 1.)
Research case: About one to two pages. In this section you should study a research case to use it as benchmark against real case you are working on. Your focus should on areas that are going to help you to meet your project objectives.
Real case: About one to two pages. In this section you should study a real case and compare it to your bench mark research case. Your focus again should on areas that are going to help you to meet your project objectives.
Objective 1 highlights and results: About page to 1 page. In this section now you show how clearly objective 1 was met. For example lets use the sample objective and strategy pointed out earlier. You should summarize the results of survey and show in a table what are the key issues/problems of working in a team.
Continue the same way for other objectives.
Overall results and discussions: About page. In this section you should summarize the overall results of your project and indicate how many objective were met or not.
Recommendations: About 1 page. This is the most important part of your report as in your own words you make multiple recommendations to solve problems of the real case. You should use key point system.
Conclusion: About page. This is your overall conclusion of the entire two phase project.
References: All references should be refereed to in body of the report using numbering system (1, 2 ) or MLA format.
Appendixes: You can list your detail Gantt chart or survey questions and maybe more details about some sections here.
