Hello there :) I need a help from experienced Biotechnology person pls for my Genetics course. Basically it's using a Gene model checker to modify/check if the genes passed or failed and analyzing it. Please don't make a bid without actually making sure you can do it, Thank you :)

And for transcript, it's based on Slip1-PB Exon coordinates - 51980-52009 52118-52603 125417-126352 136728-136859 136993-137280 Requirement for the explanation parts; 2-4 sentences only

  • For the 1st question, is there any way to make all of them a "pass" on the gene model checker? There is more "passes" for the genes when Orientation of Gene Relative to Query Sequence is a "Plus" however it should be a minus.
