Write a Sonnet Write like Will - Master the Shakespearean Sonnet Directions: Create your own 14-line sonnet using either the topics in the attachement or a topic of your choice. Each line needs to be exactly 10 syllables (don’t worry about the iambic part of the iambic pentameter – the 10 syllables will be enough of a challenge) and the poem needs to follow the rhyme scheme (ABAB CDCD EFEF GG) discussed in the prezi. I would use a scratch piece of paper , the notes section of your phone, or a word document to plan out your sonnet before submitting.
