This week you are compiling content for your change intervention proposal. Research the company that you have selected. All organizational change begins at the top so it’s important to identify the leadership of the organization, as they influence everything that happens in the organization. Also, consider the effect specific departments have on successful organizational change. The change intervention may attempt to affect change and improve areas such as human resources, marketing, finance, the organizational structure, or its decision-making processes of the company. Take great notes and look for information that describes behaviors of staff, clients and culture of the company. Prepare and submit a 2 – 3 page overview of the company leadership and the impact they have had on your selected organization at the end of this week. Use a minimum of three external scholarly sources (books, journal articles, ProQuest, etc.) in addition to the text for this week’s research. Keep a list of resources you have used thus far and begin to compile a bibliography. Turn this list in with your overview of company leadership this week. There are tips for creating a bibliography at the end of this assignment.

The instructions are not clear but from this, I have realized that right from the first assignment, we need to keep a record of the sources we use and those sources will be used in the annotated bibliography. It is not clear how many sources. Also, looking at what each annotation should contain, it means that each annotation should be detailed.
