NO PLAGIARISM, SCHOLARLY SOURCES ONLY PART 2: In recent years, specifically after mass shootings, some news media have been vocal about not over-publicizing the names of alleged perpetrators, so as not to popularize them. Instead, news media have been giving more attention to the names and faces of victims so as to memorialize them. In a minimum of 200 words, describe why you believe it is important to focus on crime victims. Explain how focusing on the victims might help with crime prevention.
