1-Use the Health History Worksheet I uploaded to help you organize the Family Medical History information you will obtain from the Adult Participant. Do not include it in the paper but you can use it at the time of the interview. 2-I also uploaded the guidelines of the paper. 3-It should cover at least 5 pages long excluding the presentation and the references pages. 4- I also uploaded an example of how the paper should look like and what information you should include in each part.
