Total word count for this assignment should be at least 800 words. Upload your work on Turnitin. In 2 substantial paragraphs, What is one advantage and one disadvantage of job specialization. Watch the youtube video on the “10 Top Reasons Why People Resist Change” by Tony Gattari. Choose any 3 of those reasons and thoroughly explain why people resist change. Explain 3 forces for change (3 paragraphs). Describe any 2 common selection methods. How useful do you think each one is in determining the quality of a candidate for a job. (2 paragraphs)
