In order for any change to happen, including Strategic Planning, you have to create a place for change to happen. Investigate the "Formula for Change". It was originally created by David Gleicher in the 1960s and refined by Kathie Dannemiller in the 1980s. It was popularized and is usually falsely attributed to Beckhard and Harris. Regardless, it is a powerful tool. C=D x V x F >R Discuss each of the 5 components of the model. How do you implement each portion? What are some things that would make it work? What are some things that would make it fail? What if only had some components and not all? You should have at least 3 references, including 2 peer reviewed. THE RESEARCH PAPER SHOULD BE 3-5 pages (double-spaced, 12 Times Roman font, 1 inch margin on all edges. A minimum of three (3) references must be listed in the reference list of each paper. The writing assignments must follow APA Publication Manual guidelines and be free of typographical, spelling and grammatical errors. Use of critical and creative thinking skills are important. The assignment will consist of a title page, abstract, text (3-5 pages double spaced) and reference list. The 3-5 pages of text does not include the title page, abstract or reference list.
