Complete the following Active Learning Templates (ATi templates) • Basic Concept Template: Care of a Client who has altered Body Image • Medication Template (I will do these myself)*** -Morphine -Infliximab • Diagnostic Procedure Template: -Endoscopy • Nursing Skill Template: -Colostomy Care -Blood Administration -IV Push Medication • System Disorder Template: -GI Bleed • Develop 3 care-plans for the patient who has a Crohn’s disease; one diagnosis should be related to discharge planning (these can just be typed in a document. please include 5 *interventions*, *frequency*, *rationales* and *expected outcomes/goals for the patient* • Discuss the specific cultural aspects for this client (Jewish culture) (also can by typed in a separate document) ***will attach the templates that correspond with each bolded topic*** once again, I will handle the medication templates myself, so skip over that section.

  • everything looks good so far, but the "nursing skill" templates are supposed to be 3 separate templates...one for colostomy care, one for blood administration, and one for IV push medication. also, what about the 3 separate care plans for a patient with Chron's disease? are you working on those? and there is also supposed to be a discussion done about the specific cultural aspects for this patient (jewish culture).
