It's a paper on a difficult conversation I had and if I had the chance how I would redo the difficult coversation to get a better result. I posted the difficult conversation. I also gave you what i said in the redo of the difficult conversation which I did with my classmate. he iinstructions includes what the professor whats you to include in the paper.
