will upload the file the contains the directions so it's easily understandable. will also upload all templates necessary to complete assignment. ***complete templates by hand. these MUST be HANDWRITTEN. one template for each topic under each category.*** **so for [medication] there will be 13 templates, for [nursing skill] there will be 7 templates, for [therapeutic procedure] there will be 3 templates, for [diagnostic procedure] there will be 3 templates, and for [system disorder] there will be 7 templates. ***there should be a total of 33 handwritten templates and 4 typed (simple) care plans--see example. *when filling out templates, please leave student name and review module chapter fields blank. *all info for templates should be able to be googled. for medication templates if you google search for example "nitroglycerin FA Davis" it will bring up the pdf file of the info for the medication and all you have to do is physically write it on the template and continue for each med down the list. *after completion of the templates, develop 4 care-plans for a patient who has had a myocardial infarction. one nursing diagnoses should be related to patient teaching and one should be related to a psychosocial problem* please TYPE these. I am attaching a "simple care plan" from nurselabs which is a great, easy source to use for care plans if you'd like. ***when templates are completed please scan and upload! if you don't have access to a scanner, you can do it through the "notes app" on iphone and it works really well. the care-plans can just be uploaded as a regular document. **ignore the directions on the uploaded file about uploading an individual score report. (thats something I have to do).
