Select a LifeCycle (Not including the sedentary male). Create a Diet and Wellness Plus App profile for the sedentary male and the LifeCycle that you select.
Create 24-hour diet for each group. Ensure that the diet meets at least 90% of their recommended amounts of Calories, carbohydrates, fat, protein for each group. The diets that you create for the groups should be as similar as possible, but tailored for each group. Use the Diet and Wellness Plus Graphs and information Chapters 13 & 14 to answer the questions on the attached Word document.

Female Teen Sedentary: Birth Year 2002, Height 5 feet 4 inches, Weight 130 pounds
Female Teen Athlete: Birth Year 2002, Height 5 feet 4 inches, Weight 130 pounds
Male Teen Sedentary: Birth Year 2002, Height 5 feet 9 inches, Weight 160 pounds
Male Teen Athlete: Birth Year 2002, Height 5 feet 9 inches, Weight 160 pounds

Design a 24-hour diet for the group that you select. Please ensure that the diet meets the person's Calorie needs and at least 85% of the recommended amount of all nutrients.
