Prepare a 10 minute PowerPoint presentation that covers: 1. The leader you chose to analyze, the organization that individual works for and his/her role (you can choose to de-identify the names) 2. The theory you selected for your analysis 3. Your findings pertaining to the leader’s strengths and weaknesses 4. Your recommendations 5. Any personal insight regarding your learnings you wish to share Pecha Kucha (Japanese: ペチャクチャ, IPA:, chit-chat) is a presentation style in which 20 slides are shown for 20 seconds each (6 minutes and 40 seconds in total). The format, which keeps presentations concise and fast-paced. Your final presentation must include 10 images. Notice that we say "images" and not "slides." Successful Pecha Kucha 20 x 20 presentations usually have images that complement what the speaker is saying, as opposed to a bunch of bullets and text on the slide
