I do have an assignment in Principles of Finance and I did everything but I want someone to do MEMO form for me which is paragraph and my company name is Coach Inc. you will find the result for Coach company in attachment.

The instructions are:

Make observations.

Write a paragraph in which you describe what you observe about the financial ratios for your company. These observations will vary greatly depending upon the company you are analyzing. Some things you may want to consider are:

Has the company drastically increased or decreased its use of debt?
Absolute debt (Total liabilities)? Debt relative to equity (EM)?
Has the companys liquidity position changed over the three years?
Current/Quick/Cash Ratio?
Has ROE been rising or falling? If so, what has contributed to this change (Remember, ROE = NPM*ATO*EM, so if one of them increases, ROE will increase)?
What does this mean?

Formatting.

Results should be presented in memo format. Observations should be written in complete sentences in paragraph form. The assignment will be turned in as a hard copy in your Lab on the assigned due date. Be sure to proofread your work. Your paper should be free of typos and grammatical errors and presented professionally. Your future boss will expect professional quality work and will not waste time trying to decipher your writing.
