  • My dear kindly see the comments we get from the Dr. And please do the needed changes please. The comments: I have gone through your data analysis. I found excellent descriptive statistics and cronbach’s alpha test. However, other tests like Pearson’s correlation and Regression analysis tests are not clear. For these tests. You need to add the questions of variable into respective variable. Like employee retention is a variable with 5 questions and you have to add all these questions and create employee retention variable in SPSS sheet. Repeat it for other variables. Once you develop these variables than go to Pearson’s test and multiple regression test. You need to report like the researchers reported in their paper. Please let me know if you have more questions/queries. Thanks for your efforts.
