Assume that you are a supervisor of a department within a healthcare organization and that you have been tasked with recruiting for a position within that department. Identify the position for which you are recruiting Develop a structured interview questionnaire with at least 10 questions that you will use as a selection tool (submit as an appendix) Identify and describe one additional selection tool that you feel could be effective in selecting an employee for this position. These may be selection tools that you develop yourself, or, they can be tools that are already developed, i.e. a certain personality test. Explain the effectiveness of tool for this particular position. This assignment should be completed as a single Word document and uploaded in the assignment tab for this week. Limit the content of the paper to 2 pages in length (reference page and questionnaire do not count towards the content page count)

Cover/Title Page: Regardless of how the assignment will be submitted, always start your assignment with an APA Cover/Title Page as follows: HPHA 5307 Health Organization and Human Resource Management Week 2 Assignment (week #) January 26, 2020 (date of submission) Jane Doe (student name) Create subheadings to transition topics: If answering multiple questions for the week, do not number each answer separately. Begin each answer with somewhat of a rephrase of the question and state the purpose of your answer, such as, “The purpose of this essay is to…….”, or a similar sentence summarizing what your essay/answer is about SUBSTANCE: Write your answers in complete and coherent sentences. Do not use bullets or numbered lists, but rather integrate your answers into a parsimonious answer. Each answer to each question should be approximately 200 words and based upon material from this chapter reading or other material presented in class. Do not quote the book; instead, you should use your own thoughts and words in order to show comprehension and understanding of the material. You are encouraged to also use outside references if they help to address your answer. REFERENCE & CITATIONS: All sources used, including the textbook, should be cited (in-text) within your answer and referenced at the end of your paper using proper current APA guidelines. You will be graded on this! If you do use a direct quote, it must be in quotation marks and the page number must be cited. Otherwise, it is considered plagiarism and could result in a zero on your assignment. All assignments must have at least one peer-reviewed reference. GRAMMAR, MECHANICS & SYNTAX (GMS): Your answers should be written with proper grammar, mechanics, and syntax (GMS). You will be graded on this, so please make sure that you double-check your spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, etc. It is not enough to merely have the knowledge, you must also be able to proficiently express this at the graduate level. GRADING: Assignments will be graded based upon the substance, whether or not the question(s) are adequately answered, organization, writing, grammar and punctuation, and any other assignment criteria are provided
