I am doing a dissertation on the effectiveness and efficacy of the current guidelines and interventions of Traumatic brain Injury (primarily concussion) in contact related sports. this is a systematic review but I need help with my methods and results. since I am the sole reviewer of this project, I want someone else to carry out the same search strategy (will be provided) In Medline, Embase, CINAHL and Physical Education index databases.

1. construct a PRISMA P diagram detailing the search strategy process (if you don't know this process, there is no need going further) 2. create a word document with articles chosen finally with a full citation (if you provided the articles, I will be willing to pay extra) 3. using either meta analysis or narrative synthesis, write out the Methods, Results and discussion sections ( may be bullet points) 4. doing this under pressure to give me time to cross check with mine is paramount. 5. create a word doc showing all four search strategies. 6.I will not pay if the above results are not met but I will pay extra if they are.

  • so far, you seem to be on track. but the details of the process are scanty. you do need to go in to detail on what you did in the selection procedure. what were your parameters for including and excluding. also explain your data extraction and synthesis further. plus I cannot emphasize enough on the detailed explanation of the meta analysis plus the table ( I will need all that).

The First said 6,035 articles but this said 241. You didi not fulfil the bulk of my requirements for this project, Your research is skewed at best, no mention of the quality assessment tool (you said jahad but that is used for rcts not systematic reiews, most of your entries are plain definition and have nothing to do with the project itself and you didn't send me a single table. this is minus the confusion still in the passage relating to both meta analysis and narrative synthesis and the terms you did not define you just skipped. I did not tell you to write a report, I was looking for data to be compared to my research and you did not do that. as the due date is long past and you did not fulfil this criteria, we are left with two options, either fulfil them taking care of the mistakes you have made or terminate our contract.
