Directions: Please refer to the biography of Martha Stewart and answer the questions below. Each of the following questions has several parts. Please make sure you answer all parts of the question and be as specific as possible. It is better to be clear and thoroughly explain your answers rather than be brief, so that I can award partial points if your answer is not completely correct. Groups who work well together receive a bonus +5 (half a letter grade) on their Case Study. This is to encourage everyone to play nicely in this course and strive to help one another out. If you have a non-responsive student in your group, then please let me know as soon as possible. I cannot do anything if you let me know 1-2 days before the case is due. Also, please remember to check up on each other’s answers! A major mistake for groups, who end up getting low grades on these assignments, is submitting the Case Study without checking one another’s answers. Please remember that this is group work, where you consult with your peers on answers, rather than complete individual questions and then paste together a paper. In addition, I am available for consultations. I probably will not be able to read your entire paper due to time constraints, but can read certain sections of your paper to make sure your group is on the right track. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response from me and email me specific questions and answers. Finally, please number each question with the corresponding answer.
