  • Hi Queen, Just an update regarding this math assignment she sent us a group email and I was wondering if this message applies to us? Below is the email I copied and pasted. Hi, everybody, hope you are in good progress with project 1. I would like to mention a few things regarding the project. First, after you find the house with price listed on zillow or realtor.com, you also need to find the interest rate of your own. You can not just used the estimated monthly payment from zillow. Second, you have to show the whole computation, find the monthly payment for 30 years term or 15 years term using the amortization formula. Without the work, you will not be able to get a good grade for the project. Let me know if you have any questions.
