in my results I found MI and miR associated with drug induced QT the comments is Why is MI a significant predictor of drug-induced QT? Has anyone ever reported MI as a risk factor for drug-induced QT prolongation before? What is the mechanism by which miR-expressions is associated with drug-induced QT prolongation in patients with heart failure – does miR-- directly inhibit hERG? Does it have an indirect effect on hERG? if there are no previously published data to suggest a mechanism, you should propose some possible mechanisms yourself.
