Introduction: Capital is a crucial element in the process of creating new ventures. In the face of a capital crunch, business’s need for capital has never been greater. The entrepreneur must take stock of financing options and determine the best fit for the business and for them. That may include one or more of the sources.
Deliverables: The post project for this lesson is required to be a minimum of 750 words that clearly demonstrate your understanding of the activity. Essays should have a clear introduction, thesis statement and conclusion, written in APA format (APAstyle.org). A minimum of three sources, at least two from the lesson, must be cited in-text and in the Reference list.

Step 1: Review the SBA.gov websites explored in this topic.
Review the reading materials listed in the lesson and do some research related to small business financing and capitalization. Assume that you have been hired by a new startup business to help them finance their business. Consider the importance of the different types of capital a business may need and the implications when seeking financing? Your client has outlined the following information:
· Client has 30,000 of his own money from personal savings
· Has three other partners, who will contribute 10,000 each
· Has no written business plan
· Lacks collateral for initial purchase of equipment
· Has exceptional business concept
Step 2: Write a paper.
