HISTORY OF THE CHINOOK HELICOPTER
*all sections have different due dates and must meet those timelines*
This assignment is in 3 sections with 3 different due dates. I will break down each section with requirements/ instructions as well as respected due date for that section.
Preliminary References- (Due 27 Sep)
For this assignment, find resources for your research topic and the perspective or lens (historical, scientific, technological, engineering, or mathematical) that was approved in Module 1. Locate primary and secondary sources for your topic. Try to find sources that truly interest you. Sources must contain credible information, data, facts, etc. on your subject. Submit a preliminary list of two primary and two secondary sources in current APA format. Please remember that these sources should help you address the topic advanced in the research paper. When conducting research, keep in mind that primary sources are first-person accounts and secondary sources are written by people who did not witness/participate in the event.
Research Question and Thesis Statement- (Due Oct 4)
The research question and a complete thesis statement is due by the end of this module week. The thesis statement should provide a clear summary of what you plan to cover in your paper. The thesis statement is not the paper's introduction; rather, it is a part of a small portion of the introductory section of the paper. Your thesis statement should be between four to five sentences and written in paragraph format free of spelling and grammatical errors.
Research Paper-
To gain a deeper insight into culture and globalization, you will develop a six to eight-page (current APA Style) research paper. The focus of your paper is an idea/invention related to aviation from early modern period (beginning 1873) to present day.
