Instruction
First, you must read the primary literature paper Pan et al 2018. This paper introduces topics that will be covered in topics 4 & 5 about membrane proteins and mechano-sensors. The paper introduces a wide range of methods that we just looked at in part 3A of the course and many of these should be still fresh in your minds. If anything is confusing, go back to the methods section to refresh yourself on microscopy. The assignment is to complete the worksheet that has been uploaded into this module. You are to download the worksheet and complete the questions. Make sure to answer with complete sentences. Once you have completed the worksheet, you will need to save your file as a doc, docx, or pdf file to upload it in the assignment tab in this module. Canvas is set to automatically scan it with Turnitin and if there is an issue, it will tell you.
