Unit 3 Assignment: Understanding the Style Approach Northouse (2012) tells us that leadership applies to everything that we do. To increase your understanding of the multiple uses of the style approach you will be analyzing the cases provided in your textbook, and using the results of the Style Questionnaire to complete a 45 page APA compliant paper. In this 4-5 page APA compliant paper you will: 1. Read cases 4.1, 4.2 and respond to the questions posed for each case. Refer to the Unit 3 Assignment Template provided in the Doc Sharing folder. 2. Assess your leadership style using the Style Questionnaire and provide the results. 3. Use the results of your Style Questionnaire to identify how you may have acted differently than the leader in each of the cases on you analyzed. 4. Based on what you have discovered this week, what specific actions can you take to implement this style into your current leadership approach? Be as specific as you can when selecting an action and include how you will be able to measure the effectiveness of this new approach.
