Summarize the vignette noting the major conflict or conflicts.
Define EITHER teleological or deontological decision making and then use that decision making to explain the psychologist’s actions in the vignette.
Explain how the psychologist in the vignette demonstrated ONE of the ethical principle, include your definition of the principle.
2. (10 points) If you have NO competence in the area, for example, of LGBT and therapy, and you are the ONLY provider for 100s of miles (a) are you or are you not allowed to provide treatment at all and (b) what are two different things you could/should do?
3. (10 points) Explain three significant points about the history of the ethics code (besides just listing dates of updates).

5. (10 points) List the common topics that you need to cover during informed consent in psychotherapy (pp.93-96).
