(no more than 1 page) Identify and provide an analysis of Canada’s commitment to tackling climate change: past and present. (1/2 - 1 page) Present your analysis of Canada’s challenges to fulfilling its climate change initiatives: past, present and best approach moving forward (2 pages): Flowing from your analysis, provide one or more recommendations on the direction you think Canada should pursue in the future, whether it be to pull out of any climate initiatives, or to adopt market based strategies, or to provide further incentives to encourage provincial cooperation to promote harmony at home. Justify your chosen course of action with support from reputable sources and reference to the relevant dimension of the problem. Issues of feasibility and implementation should be considered. (1/2 - 1 page) Include a clear thesis statement, properly cited sources using the APA format, and be free of spelling and grammatical errors. A first person perspective is encouraged since you are being asked to develop and present your own individual analysis of this situation.
