The business is a one stop shop salon. The business will include a boutique that sells clothes, monogram items, shoes, accessories. The business will also have a hair salon, nail salon, spray tan, monthly tanning membership for tanning bed, and massage therapy. The community is Cross City, Florida (dixie county). All of the current salons are out of peoples homes. This salon will be a leased building in the public and will cost no more than $1000 a month rent. Internet is needed. The idea is that women can come and spend the day relaxing and leave with a new outfit. The salon will be a comfortable/relaxing space. It should not have more than 2 pedicure/2 nail stations 2 hair stations and one massage room equipped for couples massage. Any other things that are fitting can be added as long as it makes sense.
