Discussion Topic 2: Inspire a Shared Vision: Envision the Future In this weeks reading, Kouzes and Posner (2012) explain that, improvement comes when you engage in conscious introspection. This requires you to reflect on your past, attend to the present, prospect the future, and feel your passion ( Kouzes & Posner, 2012 ). After reading Chapter 4, respond to the following questions: Reflect on your past and identify a reoccurring theme that has either helped you move forward or kept you from accomplishing your goals. What have you discovered from this reflection that will help you today? Assess your current situation and identify the activities you are currently doing that are laying the foundation for your future. Looking forward, where do you see yourself in 5, 10, and 15 years? How clear is this vision to you right now? What is it about this vision that you are most passionate about?
