The part of the assignment where it states to observe a lesson, you can just make that part up. Also, where it asks for teacher revision after I teach the lesson plan, that also can be made up or I can add that part. The link with the Prezi gives the most and best detailed instructions. I am also attaching a lesson plan that gives links to short you tube videos to explain what they are looking for in certain sections.
