Engineering project description/proposal (1000 words) The idea is to take the project that was done in the past and describe it as if I am the one who is proposing to do it. I need to describe the project as if I am proposing it to higher up official or a newspaper. I need to describe why do we need to do it and the objectives of the project in a high level language. The project I need to propose is the installation of solar roof panels on Stillwell Avenue Terminal, New York in around 2005. It shouldn't be super technical for the politician to understand but some technicality is needed to the complexity of refurbishing the whole canopy of the Terminal which was doomed to be beyond repair. You can see the project described at 42:00 timestamp in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lpdrwhBhMaU You can find a brief explanation about it here: https://nypost.com/2003/11/24/new-solar-system-will-power-coney-i-subway-station/
